The Bancroft Project

This project demonstrates our ability to deliver tailored, high-value schemes on complex sites, navigating sensitive planning contexts to unlock development potential for our clients.

Despite significant planning challenges, our proactive approach, combining careful co-ordination, strategic design development and constructive negotiation, successfully de-risked the site and secured full planning permission without compromising density or design quality. The masterplan establishes a cohesive architectural language across the development while allowing each individual plot to be optimised for Gross Development Value (GDV) and end-buyer appeal.

Now well into construction and progressing towards completion in January 2027, the scheme also demonstrates our hands-on approach to technical co-ordination and our commitment to delivering buildable, commercially robust designs that can be delivered efficiently on site.
