Appointed at the pre-planning stage, our team developed a scheme for a sustainable, car-free development of 30 luxury apartments in north-east London, maximising the site’s potential to deliver high-density residential accommodation without compromising design quality or environmental performance.

The scheme demonstrates our ability to unlock challenging urban plots through efficient and considered use of space. Density is balanced with high-quality living through generous layouts, strong thermal performance and integrated green infrastructure, including solar panels, green walls and green roofs. Outdoor amenity is prioritised throughout the development, with balconies, terraces and a sheltered central courtyard garden providing both a private retreat for residents and a valuable habitat for local wildlife.

Architecturally, the project balances commercial viability with a strong and distinctive identity. A contemporary palette of yellow London stock brick, dark metal detailing, a grey zinc roof and aluminium windows creates a refined streetscape presence.
